Privacy is Absolute - Or it is not privacy.

Prima Ordia protects the licence holder's identity, participation, conversations, system content and circumstances. The licence holder protects Prima Ordia's private methods, interfaces, prompts, technical disclosures and founder communications. Neither side records, quotes, forwards or attributes protected material without written permission.

Prima Ordia does not publish, confirm or imply who holds a licence. Licence holders agree not to advertise, badge, post or publicly confirm participation. A disclosure required by law or a professional adviser must be limited, lawful and confidential where possible.

There is no member directory and no networking layer. Neither party uses the relationship to pursue unrelated investments, mandates, fundraising, recruiting or sales without an explicit invitation.

A licence is issued to one named individual. Credentials, private outputs and access may not be shared, transferred or used to operate an unapproved service for a third party. Successors, family members and advisers enter only through expressly agreed workflows.

Only information the licence holder is entitled to use should enter the system. Market-sensitive, legally privileged, regulated, medical or third-party confidential information requires particular care and may be restricted by the final technical specification and licence agreement.

Licence holders may use their own outputs and data for their private purposes. They do not copy, reverse engineer, benchmark for publication or disclose the proprietary system. Prima Ordia does not use private licence-holder content to train public or shared models unless the holder gives separate, specific written permission.

This public Covenant states the principles. After the introductory meeting, the signed legal Covenant and licence agreement will define scope, security controls, permitted disclosures, remedies, governing law, trial conditions and termination. It must be executed before the 14-day private trial begins. Annual membership dues are requested only after that trial is complete.
