Short version: PrimaOrdia is building the technology and evidence layer. Licensed financial service providers will be responsible for any regulated financial service.
What is PrimaOrdia?
PrimaOrdia is a technology platform being designed to make real-world asset information, evidence, ownership structures and lifecycle updates easier to understand.
Is PrimaOrdia a financial service provider?
No. PrimaOrdia is not a financial service provider. It is a platform for licensed financial service providers. We only operate with reputable, licensed financial service providers.
Can I invest through the platform now?
No. The current website is a private-build preview. The asset cards are illustrative concepts and there are no live offers, subscriptions, purchases or transactions.
Who will provide regulated financial services?
The specifically identified licensed or authorised provider will be responsible for any regulated service. Its identity, permissions, regulator and applicable terms must be shown before a user can proceed.
Does a provider’s licence mean an asset is approved?
No. Licensing relates to the provider and the activities it is permitted to conduct. It does not mean a regulator has approved PrimaOrdia, endorsed a particular asset or guaranteed its performance.
What types of assets may be shown?
The preview explores renewable and productive infrastructure, property and asset-backed projects, documented collectibles and other specialist real-world assets. Final categories will depend on provider permissions and legal structure.
How will providers be assessed?
PrimaOrdia intends to review licence details, permitted activities, operating history, reputation and relevant controls. Users should also verify the named provider using the applicable regulator’s official register.
Will the same opportunities be available everywhere?
No. Availability may depend on country, investor classification, identity verification, provider permissions and other eligibility rules. Visibility of a page does not establish eligibility.
What risks can real-world assets involve?
Risks may include loss of capital, limited liquidity, changing valuations, ownership or legal disputes, counterparty failure, technology failure, regulatory changes and delayed or unavailable exits. Specific risks must be disclosed for each future opportunity.
What does “evidence layer” mean?
It means organizing the asset identity, sponsor information, ownership records, source documents, review status and material updates into a clearer, traceable record. It does not remove the need for independent professional diligence.
Who controls and custodies a tokenized asset?
The intended model is non-custodial: the issuing institution or its chosen regulated custodian retains control of the asset, wallets and private keys. PrimaOrdia does not take custody merely because its software prepares or records an issuance workflow.
Can a bank use its existing wallet and infrastructure?
That is a core design requirement. A bank should be able to connect an approved institutional wallet or custody provider, apply its own signing policy, or export a deployment package for offline review. Supported integrations will be confirmed during an institutional pilot.
Does PrimaOrdia deploy the smart contract?
The production model is intended to prepare, validate and simulate a deployment package. The bank or its authorized provider makes the final approval and signs the deployment using institution-controlled infrastructure. The current portal is only an interactive preview and cannot deploy a contract.
What is the PrimaOrdia platform fee?
The intended fee is 1% of gross issuance proceeds processed through PrimaOrdia, charged on completed issuance. Legal, regulated-provider, custody, network, settlement and other third-party costs are separate. Final pricing will be confirmed in the institution’s contract.
What is PrimaFlow?
PrimaFlow is the intended algorithmic and agentic transaction manager inside PrimaOrdia. It analyses the recorded deal state, calculates an explainable Deal Momentum Index, identifies the critical path, assigns the next responsible party and prepares reminders or escalation prompts.
How is the Deal Momentum Index calculated?
The prototype uses a transparent weighted formula covering evidence, legal, compliance, approvals, technical readiness and counterparty velocity, minus recorded blocker penalties. The weights and inputs are visible and are intended to be configurable for each institution. The score is workflow information, not a valuation, credit rating or recommendation.
Can PrimaFlow approve or execute a transaction?
No. PrimaFlow may summarize, prioritize and prepare suggested actions, but it cannot approve an issuance, amend legal terms, determine investor eligibility, move money, sign with a wallet or deploy a smart contract. Authorized people remain accountable for those decisions.
Does putting an asset onchain make it liquid or safe?
No. Tokenization may improve workflow, auditability and transfer mechanics, but it does not guarantee liquidity, legal enforceability, price stability, settlement access or security. The legal instrument, counterparties, settlement asset, technology and controls remain decisive.
How do I bring an asset to PrimaOrdia?
Use the “Bring an asset” or issuer contact pathway on the homepage. An initial conversation does not guarantee onboarding, approval or access to a licensed provider.
How can I request early access?
Use the request-access form on the homepage or email email@primaordia.org. Early access begins a platform conversation only; it does not create an investment account.
